Mozzarella and Pizza creation

Service Description

In pairs you will learn how to make fresh mozzarella from scratch. A process that will involve creating the curd, cooking the curd and then stretching the curds!  We will also make the pizza dough for our bases. We will use our freshly made mozzarella cheese and make a Margherita pizza. Into the wood fired pizza oven they will go. Then sit down and enjoy your pizza along with a glass of Bellarine Peninsula wine. A fun afternoon out.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the small numbers we have in our experiences all bookings are non refundable. If for any reason you are unable to attend and have given us at least 14 days notice then we can transfer your booking to a new date, if available. If less than 14 days notice is given no transfer or credit will be given. You are however welcome to send someone in your place.
