Garden to Jar: Preserving the Seasons Join us for a hands-on workshop celebrating the art of preserving, where we’ll transform garden grown produce into beautiful, flavour-packed pantry staples to enjoy year-round. Together, we’ll create a delicious line-up of preserves, Savoury Plum Sauce Peach Chutney Classic Strawberry Jam Lemon & Thyme Cordial While our preserves bubble away, we’ll bake sweet scones — the perfect excuse to pause and have a taste of what we’ve made. Along the way, you’ll learn essential preserving skills: How to safely sterilise jars and bottles How to test for the perfect setting point in jams The best bottling techniques for long-lasting results Handy tips for adapting recipes to whatever’s in season There’ll be plenty of time for tastings, questions, and sharing preserving stories. You’ll take home: A jar or bottle of each preserve we make. A recipe booklet filled with class recipes, preserving guides and helpful tips. The confidence and inspiration to preserve your own seasonal harvest. Come for a beautiful day of cooking, learning, and connecting — and leave with a basket of preserves to stock your pantry.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the small numbers we have in our experiences all bookings are non refundable. If for any reason you are unable to attend and have given us at least 14 days notice then we can transfer your booking to a new date, if available. If less than 14 days notice is given no transfer or credit will be given. You are however welcome to send someone in your place.
